Action Software GmbH is the European marketing company for Action Software International, Canada's products. Action Software GmbH was incorporated in Switzerland in 1997.

Action Software International is a division of Mazda Computer Corporation.

Located in Toronto, Canada, Mazda Computer Corporation has been developing superior and outstanding systems and network management software since 1980.

Mazda Computer Corporation began designing eventACTION in 1987. The first customer production installation was completed in 1989. Since then, eventACTION has been installed in over 250 sites in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
